Registration Form –

• Registration form will be available in the school office at the cost of 700/-

• Timings from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.

Admission Procedure -

The following documents need to be submitted along with the registration form.
(i) Copy of the Birth Certificate (self attested).
(ii) Copy of Report Card of previous year (only needed for admission to class 2 onwards)
(iii) Three latest passport size photo of the child.
(iv) Adhar card (copy) .

Registration Form Submission

The parents need to fill up the registration form and ensure all documents are in order.

Kindly intimate the school incase your ward requires some special assistance due to any health issue.

Class Play Group :- Only oral assessment will be done.
Class Nursery :- Previous knowledge will be assessed.
Class Play Prep :- Previous knowledge will be assessed.
Class 1^st :- English , Hindi , Maths.
Class 2^nd :- English , Hindi , Maths.
Class 3^rd :- English , Hindi , Maths , EVS.
Class 4^th :- English , Hindi , Maths, Science.
Class 5^th :- English , Hindi , Maths, Science.
Class 6^th :- English , Hindi , Maths , G.K.
Class 7^th :- English , Hindi , Maths , G.K.
Class 8^th :- English , Hindi , Maths , G.K.
Class 9^th :- English , Maths, Science.

Class 11: Science Stream
PCM:- English , Maths , Physics , Chemistry.
PCB:- English , Biology ,Physics , Chemistry.

Class 11 :- Commerce Stream
English, General Maths, General Awareness, Economics.

Class 11 :- Humanities Stream
English, History, Geography, Economics.

Original T.C. From the previous school (Class 2 onwards)

• If T.C. is not available , kindly fill undertaking form.

• Selected candidates will be required to make the fee payment within the three days of the declaration of the result . (that will be non refundable)

• Your ward will be allotted the Grade, Section , House dress, Uniform / Colour , School Badge , Belt , Diary and Identity Card on the day of admission . Book list will also be given.

• The Time table for your ward will be handed over to your ward by the class teacher .

(Syllabus for the Entrance Test is attached with the Prospectus)

• The List of the selected candidates will be displayed on the school Notice Board. This can also be viewed on the www.ptdeendayal.edu.in

• The date of the result declaration will be informed atthe time oftest.

• Decision of the Admission committee will be final.

• There is no provision of disclosing marks obtained in Entrance Test.

• The selected candidates have to be present with their parents atthe time of admission.

• Admission to students shall be granted in class 11th on the basis of written exam and board results of their previous class .
